1. Delivery
Fodego is a digital software service (SaaS). No physical product is shipped. Access to the purchased package is activated on your account immediately after the payment is approved, and a confirmation is sent to your registered e-mail address.
2. Subscription period and renewal
Packages are billed for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from My subscriptions.
3. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately; the remaining value of your current package is deducted and only the difference is charged today. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the paid features have not been used. Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services delivered instantly once performance has started with your approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card within 10 business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Fodego dijital bir yazılım hizmetidir (SaaS); fiziksel ürün gönderimi yapılmaz. Satın alınan paket, ödeme onaylandıktan hemen sonra hesabınızda aktif edilir ve kayıtlı e-posta adresinize bilgilendirme gönderilir.
2. Abonelik süresi ve yenileme
Paketler ödeme sırasında gösterilen dönem için ücretlendirilir ve yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Otomatik yenilemeyi Aboneliklerim sayfasından dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
3. Paket değişikliği
Yükseltmeler hemen geçerli olur; mevcut paketin kalan değeri düşülerek yalnızca fark tahsil edilir. Düşürmeler bir sonraki yenileme tarihinde geçerli olur.
4. İptal ve iade
Ücretli özellikler kullanılmamışsa satın alma tarihinden itibaren 14 gün içinde iade talep edebilirsiniz. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md. 15 uyarınca, onayınızla ifasına başlanan ve anında teslim edilen dijital içerik ve hizmetlerde cayma hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Onaylanan iadeler 10 iş günü içinde ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir; hesabınıza yansıma süresi bankanıza bağlıdır.
