Each contact reads their own language
The language is taken from the contact card at send time. If a text is missing for that language, the English version goes out instead — nobody is skipped.

Removing someone keeps the history
Take a name off the list and they stop receiving mail, but everything you already sent stays in the report. Deleting for good is a separate, confirmed action.
It sends from your own address
The sender name and reply address come from your business profile, so replies land in your own inbox.
